AMAZING! Every time someone visits from out of town I take them here and always recommend them to get Ella. Huge baked potato filled perfectly and cooked just right, every time.
ST. LOUIS RIBS
Ribs are very tender.
PITMASTER PLATE
This is some of the best BBQ in the state of Texas! I make the trek from Grapevine a couple times a year specifically to eat here, and it's always worth it. Husband and I split the pitmaster plate and have potato salad, mac and cheese, toast and onion rings as the sides. Meats perfectly smoked and falling off the bone/falling apart. The sauces are top notch, it never disappoints! It's all tasty and fresh, nothing out of a box or a can, (some places serve industrial made salads and call them homemade.) If I ever move to the south-o-plex I'd be here more!

The burnt ends are ALWAYS fantastic, cooked to perfection as is everything on the menu, we eat there 3 times a month and i always choose to have my birthday dinner there

The Brisket was delicious. Very moist with a generous portion.
